The Warehouse Attendant II will support the supply chain group's warehouse and yard operations. They will be part of a team responsible for shipping, receiving, inventory management and warehouse/yard upkeep. Duties will include, but are not limited to:
  • Monitor inventory levels daily to ensure operational needs are met.
  • Ensure appropriate systems, paperwork and process are utilized for tracking of all inbound and outbound material/equipment movements on a daily basis.
  • Focus on safely loading and unloading of materials/equipment.
  • Keep warehouse and yard areas well organized, clean and safe.
  • Effectively communicate with field operations team members as well as office staff on a daily basis.
  • Perform regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and assist in annual full inventory counts and reconciliations
  • Accurate receiving, moving, and delivering materials to/from company inventory.
  • Coordinating effectively with operations to schedule receiving/loading of equipment
  • Operating material handling equipment in a qualified and safe manner (pallets jacks, forklifts, telehandlers, etc. ).
  • Completion of daily equipment inspections and JSA's to ensure compliance with safety program.
  • Timely, accurate and diligent reporting of all safety incidents to include good catch/near miss/incident reporting.
Direct daily communication/coordination with supply chain personnel.


JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Some travel in the field or to vendor locations may be required
  • 3+ years of prior Oil & Gas experience is preferred, preferably in supply chain or materials management, or field operation
  • Knowledgeable and capable of operating hand and power tools
  • Ability to operate machinery (forklift, loader, man-lift) is required, training and certification will be provided by EOG
  • Able to lift loads of up to 50 pounds
  • Individual should be a self-starter, pro-active and able to work effectively with others in the organization
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Able to be on-call (when/if needed)
