Senior Digital Designer

We are seeking a talented Senior Digital Graphic Designer to bring creative excellence and strategic thinking to our growing digital initiatives. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing visually stunning, brand-consistent assets across web, mobile, social media, e-commerce, email campaigns, and digital advertising.
The ideal candidate is highly creative, detail-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You'll play a key role in elevating our digital presence and engaging our target audiences through powerful visual storytelling.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Digital Design

• Conceptualize and design digital assets for websites, mobile experiences, e-commerce platforms, landing pages, and microsites.
• Create on-brand visuals for digital campaigns, product launches, and marketing promotions.
• Collaborate closely with copywriters, marketers, and developers to deliver integrated digital experiences.

Social Media & Advertising

• Develop dynamic and engaging graphics for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Design banner ads, retargeting creatives, digital advertisements, and promotional graphics to support paid media initiatives.
• Stay current with digital design trends and adapt them to create compelling, shareable content.

Email & E-Commerce Support

• Design high-impact email marketing templates to drive customer engagement and retention.
• Produce product imagery, banners, and promotional materials to enhance e-commerce sales and brand consistency.
• Support A/B testing initiatives by designing alternative creative assets for campaign optimization.

Branding & Creative Development

• Maintain brand consistency across all digital projects while contributing fresh creative ideas.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sales teams to translate business goals into visually compelling designs.
• Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the Pelican brand through innovative digital designs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital, web, or interactive design (experience in consumer goods, outdoor, or industrial sectors preferred).
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects) and Figma.
• Strong portfolio showcasing excellence in digital design and brand storytelling.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a keen eye for visual detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience with motion graphics, animation, or video editing is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across severalU.S. geographic markets. Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The annual U.S. pay range for this positionis listed below. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on your qualifications, job-related knowledge, skills,and experience.
