C&S Companies is seeking a Construction Assistant Project Manager for our General Contracting business for Multifamily type projects. This APM will assist Project Management and field construction staff in coordinating and administration of general contracting construction projects. Areas of focus will be subcontract scope reviews, Project submittals, RFI's coordination, contract support, change orders, scheduling, construction progress tracking and capabilities with e-construction systems (Procore/Autodesk). Estimated full Compensation Package Range: $95,000 - $110,000/year* *Actual compensation may vary based on related work experience, geographical location and market conditions, education/training, certifications, and other credentials, as well as applicable knowledge and skills.
