Are you detail-focused, good with numbers, and ready to be part of something growing? This is your chance to jump into the construction industry - no hard hat required! We're expanding fast in Tampa, FL, and we need a sharp, organized Hardware Pricing Analyst to support our bidding efforts from our Green Bay, WI office.

What You'll Do:

You'll be the go-to person for making sure every screw, hinge, lock, and handle is accounted for and accurately priced before we win a job.



  • Review project documents and specs to understand hardware requirements.
  • Calculate quantities and costs of door hardware products.
  • Communicate with vendors for pricing and product info.
  • Help identify and flag any code issues or inconsistencies.
  • Collaborate with sales and estimating teams to build smart, competitive bids.
  • Juggle multiple projects, deadlines, and revisions at once.


You'll play a key role in winning jobs - and making sure we stay sharp, strategic, and competitive.

What We're Looking For:



  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Confidence working with numbers, documents, and spreadsheets.
  • Great communicator - comfortable with email, phone, and face-to-face.
  • Organized and able to handle multiple deadlines.
  • Curious, motivated, and ready to learn the construction industry from a new angle.
  • Must be onsite in Green Bay, WI with reliable and punctual attendance.


Previous construction or estimating experience is a plus but not required. We'll train the right person who is willing to learn!
