Install Estimator

We're expanding in the Tampa, FL market and looking for a motivated Install Estimator to help support that growth - right from our Green Bay, WI office. What You'll Do:

As an Install Estimator, you'll be the engine behind successful project bids-analyzing blueprints, calculating costs, and helping turn construction plans into real, on-the-ground results.

Your day might include:

• Reading project documents to understand materials, timelines, and labor needs.
• Estimating installation labor costs for doors, frames, hardware, and building specialties.
• Collaborating with subcontractors and vendors for quotes.
• Reviewing code discrepancies and suggesting alternate bid strategies.
• Working directly with sales, install managers, and project teams.

If you're good with spreadsheets, like puzzles, and want to play a key part in construction from the ground up - this role is for you.

What We're Looking For:

• A sharp eye for detail and a passion for precision.
• Strong communication skills (email, phone, face-to-face).
• The ability to juggle multiple deadlines and projects.
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work onsite and commit to consistent, punctual attendance.

Construction experience is a plus - but not required. We'll train the right person who's willing to learn!
