They will work closely with vendors, making purchases using a purchasing card, purchase orders, invoices, and contracts. They will verify receipt and access to information licensed or purchased. This individual works closely with the Law Library's Library Operations Associate, coordinating processing and preparation of materials to be added to the collection. This individual will also have accountability for collecting and maintaining electronic resources management data, including contract lifecycle management and usage data. This individual works closely with the Library Operations Associate and will participate in collection development work with the public services librarians and library director. Minimum Qualifications Required: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Any combination totaling two (2) years (24 months) from the following categories: A. work experience in a library or equivalent setting. B. college course work in any field as measured by the following conversion table:
