Job Title: Associate Talent Development Speciali

Location(s): White plains, NY

Project Overview


  • We are seeking dynamic and versatile contingent workers to join our HR department for a period up to 24 months. In this role, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the day-to-day operations of our HR team, contributing to various projects and tasks critical to our success while our team is engaged in an HR transformation project. Experience with SAP and SuccessFactors is a plus. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain comprehensive HR experience within a supportive environment.


Job Functions & Responsibilities


  • Provides administrative and technical support for learning activities, performance processes, and development programs.
  • Manages portfolio of learning experiences (e.g., classes and simulations) including coordination, communication, registration, and post-experience evaluations.
  • Participates in the creation and execution of development programs and teambuilding events.
  • Reports on pre-established workforce metrics; identifies potential explanations for data trends. Builds and supports vendor relationships.


Skills


  • Knowledge of HR processes (e.g., succession planning, performance management)
  • Ability to work comfortably with all levels and all areas of the organization.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Power Point. Knowledge of SAP's SuccessFactors is preferred.


Education & Certifications


  • 4 year degree Masters in Industrial Organizational Psychology or related preferred.
