As a member of the Third Party Team within North America Supply chain, this role places purchase orders to suppliers who ship finished goods directly to North America customers.

Tasks will include:

  • Ensure confirmation received back from vendor regarding shipment date; provide any feedback to Account Management Specialists (AMS) or to Commercial team, as needed.
  • Act as liaison between AMS and vendor as issues arise or changes are required.
  • Ensure freight arrangements are handled by Logistics provider for those vendors that don't arrange freight or for expedited shipments.
  • Perform goods issue on purchase orders once Bill of Ladings received.
  • Pursue BOLs not received timely from vendors. Sends labels and SDS and other special documents to vendors as needed.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education.

Work Schedule:

  • Hybrid schedule (3 days in the office 2 days working from home)
