Staff Assistant II (2 positions - 12-month and 10-month) Requisition ID: 2025-9138 # of Openings: 2 Location: US-UT-Logan Category: Student Programs & Services Position Type: Benefited Full-Time Job Classification: Non-Exempt College: Student Affairs Department: Counseling & Prevention Services Advertised Salary: Minimum $35,000 (Full-time for 12 months); Commensurate with experience, plus excellent benefits Overview Counseling and Prevention Services (CAPS) provides mental health, wellness and prevention services to students in Logan and Statewide. CAPS also has a robust training program, including an accredited full-time doctoral internship and an undergraduate peer education program. In collaboration with the Office Manager, these Staff Assistant positions will play an essential role in daily operations of the center by assisting students seeking CAPS services and providing administrative support to professional therapists and trainees. These positions will be important members of a team that values student support, belonging, work-life balance, and collegiality. There are two openings:
