Position Overview The Advocacy Intake Coordinator is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, including TPA Clients, Client Employer Groups, Health Plan members, and providers. This role supports the Director of Advocacy and VP of Operations as needed. The primary focus is on assisting clients and members with the intake of inquiries, services, or issues, and working with members and clients with submission of their case.Key responsibilities include handling all incoming emails, faxes, and portal cases. A key aspect of this role is the ability to operate independently within the scope of duties and ensure appropriate intake of all inquiries and issues. The Advocacy Intake Coordinator will work within multiple proprietary systems and product offerings, including Avedon, Visium, Compass Connect, and Innovate360. What You'll Do
