Compensation

The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is$65,900.00 to$109,800.00.

Individual base pay compensation will depend, in part, on factors such as geographic work location and relevant experience and skills.

Position Details:

Reporting to the Manager of Global Export Sales, you will,Achieve sustainable revenue growth by negotiating, closing, implementing, and supporting new and existing business with accounts (end users and resellers). This includes initiating the relationship (new account development), developing existing accounts (account penetration), and managing accounts (maintaining and enhancing account relationships). These account package will generate approximately $2M in sales annually.

  • Develop and execute an annual sales plan to meet or exceed assigned revenue goal.
  • Research, analyze and assess the business needs of each assigned account to determine how Grainger can best align itself as a product and service partner for all current and future purchasing needs.
  • Negotiate profitable opportunities both with new and existing accounts.
  • Improve rate of growth with existing accounts.
  • Develop and implement value-added programs and metrics that align the customer's business objectives with our value proposition.
  • Work cross functionally with internal business partners to support customer business objectives and achieve revenue targets.
  • Coordinate all customer implementation activities.
You Have:
  • Fluent spoken and written English, preferred bi-lingual Spanish.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent business experience.
  • 5+years'experience selling a structured value proposition.
