THIS IS A CONTINGENT POSITION DEPENDENT ON SUCCESSFUL AWARD OF CONTRACT. PAY IS STRONGLY DEPENDENT ON EXPERIENCE AND EXPERTISE. ANTICIPATED HIRING IN FALL OF 2025. Provide support to the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Industrial Product-Support Vendor (IPV) contract, performing a variety of warehouse/Depot routine and specialized functions involving processing of parts and materials required for program fulfillment. Perform receiving functions, pick-up and deliver orders to the proper shops, production lines, and bin locations. Perform daily inventory management tasks. Communicate with Depot staff to verify changes or issues with part consumption. Obtain delivery verifications from IPV Shop Leads. Deliver completed daily inventory data to for upload into the company's management information system. Verify documentation completeness and accuracy. Interface with base personnel, management, and other Inventory Management Specialists to coordinate assigned functions and ensure program fulfillment. Document assigned actions into database systems supporting the contract; furnish data and reports as required; and initiate follow-up actions to ensure timely delivery of items.
- Receive daily orders/kits, process into the warehouse facility, and distribute to shops/bins as required.
- Perform daily, on-site Depot inventories in assigned production shops.
- Perform data entry and database processing for receipt of equipment/parts and download daily inventory results into the company's management information system.
- Communicate with personnel regarding inventory and quality issues.
- Operate company vehicles and material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, banding machines, forklift, golf cart, UTV, pickup, van etc.
- Provide support and data as requested for administrative purposes and in support of the Quality Management System.
- Must perform other duties as assigned at the discretion of management, including participation in warehouse inventory cycle counts.
Education |
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required. Associates degree is preferred.

Experience |
- A minimum of two (2) years' warehouse logistics support experience with an established aerospace or global logistics company is preferred.
- Experience in all types of shipping preferred to include but not limited to hazardous materials, large freight, and overseas shipments.

Licenses/ Certification/ Registration |
- Current drivers' license, proof of U.S. citizenship.
- Ability to satisfy a background investigation to obtain a security clearance.
- Forklift Operator's license preferred.

- This position requires excellent English language skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to effectively communicate before groups of customers or employees of the organization. Must display thorough knowledge of document management and working knowledge of general business principles and practices.
- To perform this job successfully, the individual must show proficiency with computers, software, and general office equipment. Intermediate or higher proficiency using Microsoft Office programs specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook are preferred.
- Must have excellent organizational skills.
- Must have outstanding attention to detail and data input skills.
