Job Summary:

Harvard is looking for a qualified intern to join our marketing team. Our marketing department produces quality work for internal stakeholders and external customers. It is seeking an intern who can participate in various stages of materials development, proposal support, and various projects.This intern should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment and will finish the internship with broad experience in various aspects of marketing.

Assist in RFP/RFI proposal responses in collaboration with sales and other departments.
• Organize and manage marketing materials in SharePoint
• Assist in creating ads, mock-ups, email campaigns, online promotion, etc.
• Assist in the distribution or delivery of marketing materials
• Perform analysis of marketing and sales data as applicable
• Seek and analyze competitor marketing and sales materials both on and offline
• Support the development of presentations
• Open and sort mail from the marketing email inbox
• Enter contact information into contact management systems
• Provide support to social media efforts
• Monitor social media for trending topics to utilize on social media channels

• Undergraduate student in Miami majoring in Sales, Marketing, or Advertising
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word and Excel
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative/Canva
• Experience with CRM systems Salesforce/HubSpot a plus
• Understanding of AI tools such as ChatGPT/CoPilot
• Extensive knowledge of social media
• Driven and hard-working
• Ability to take direction and multitask
