Compensation
$125,000-$165,000 Depending on Experience and Excellent Benefits!
Job Summary
The Senior Estimator will be responsible for providing and/or coordinating full estimating services on large, complex work, and all types of contracts.
Education and Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction Technology or an equivalent combination technical training and/or related experience
- Minimum of 10 years' previous experience in estimating cost controls and/or engineering related experience
- Clean driving record

- Ability to comprehend project plans and specifications
- Ability to multitask efficiently and effectively
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Ability to work under pressure and meet short deadlines and process projects quickly
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent math skills with the ability to calculate and analyze data
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Knowledge of engineering and space relationship
- Must rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
- Proficient in Word, Excel, JD Edwards, Heavy Bid/Heaving Job estimating software
- Strong tendency to take initiative.
