The Data Analyst II for the Office of Analysis and Information Management (AIM) works closely with Human Resources to collect, analyze, and report on employee data using various software and database systems. This role supports compliance monitoring and reporting related to Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) laws, regulations, audits, and university policies and procedures
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area of specialization and two (2) years of appropriate experience or a Master's degree in an appropriate area of specialization. Departmental Requirements
Research, evaluation, and data collection and analysis using statistical analytic tools (e.g., SPSS, SAS, Queries, etc.). Desired Qualifications
