GENERAL DESCRIPTION: As the Precast Project Manager, your job is to plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of the specific project(s) you are working on. Project managers may work closely with upper management as well as other departments to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule. Work with our sales team on the transition from aware, to assignment of an internal or external engineering team and finally planned and scheduled into production. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/ ADA ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: The employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers, to handle or feel and to manipulate keys on a keyboard. The employee is required to stand, sit, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. WORKING CONDITIONS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts and vehicles.
