KeyLogic has a new opportunity, for a Project Manager CRM. This position can be Hybrid, based out of Bethesda, MD.

Position Summary:
The Project Manager CRM provides comprehensive project management support, specifically focusing on IT governance activities and customer relationship management within Office of Information Technology (OIT). This role ensures effective and transparent IT portfolio investment decisions and supports the full project management lifecycle for CRM-related initiatives.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Deliver full project management life-cycle solutions, including planning, tracking, deployment, and completion for projects.
  • Provide professional, technical, and consultative services, including IT governance activities and customer relationship management support between OIT and its customers.
  • Assist in identifying potential solutions, assessing alternative technologies, and developing cost and schedule estimates.
  • Track and report planned versus actual costs and schedules of projects, potentially using earned value management.
  • Lead customer relationship management activities, focusing on liaison activities between OIT and customer organizations.
  • Gather customer feedback, assist with new requests, and aid in administrative processes.
  • Support Project Managers on individual projects.

Position Requirements:

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Background Investigation
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance, requirements include Permanent Residency or U.S. Citizenship
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing IT projects
  • Proficiency in using project management software like JIRA
  • Strong understanding of IT governance processes and lifecycle methodologies (e.g. EPLC).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing stakeholder relationships and customer liaison.

Required Certifications (any of the following):

  • PMP (Project Management Professional)

  • JIRA

*Position is an opportunity for future work, salary level $80,000 - $150,000
