POSITION OVERVIEW dormakaba is seeking a Distribution Sales Manager. This is a remote position for our Access Automation Solutions (AAS) business. dormakaba offers many automation door systems including automatic swing doors, sliding doors, and revolving door systems to hospitals, hotels, airports, and property management firms. The Distribution Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing a national growth strategy for the independent door service channel within the AAS Division. HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary $150,000 - $165,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) Please visit our career site for more information on benefits WHAT YOU WILL DO * Design and implement a national strategy to grow sales within the independent door service and distribution channel. * Ownership of strategic national accounts within the independent services space, in addition to retail distributors * Drive product and service sales across the ESA automatic sliding and swing door portfolio * Analyze regional markets to prioritize expansion efforts and uncover untapped revenue opportunities * Collaborate with product management, marketing, and operations to ensure alignment with channel needs and delivery capabilities WHAT WE REQUIRE * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field * 5+ years of industry experience * Travel - 75% WHAT WE PREFER * MBA or Master's degree in a business-related discipline is strongly, with an emphasis on strategic leadership, organizational growth, or industrial distribution considered highly valuable WHAT WE OFFER * Taking Care of our Employees on Day One with Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability Insurance coverage options.
