THE JOB:
We're looking for a dedicated Interior Gardener to bring indoor spaces to life! In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for maintaining vibrant, healthy plant displays that enhance the beauty and atmosphere of our interiors. If you love working with greenery and creating stunning indoor landscapes, we'd love to hear from you!

THE STARTING RATE:$21.70/hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Deliver excellent service to guests and coworkers in line with company standards.

• Design, install, and maintain attractive and healthy indoor plant displays.

• Water, prune, fertilize, and groom plants to ensure they thrive indoors.

• Monitor and adjust lighting, humidity, and temperature to support plant health.

• Apply fertilizers and pesticides safely, following all safety guidelines.

• Use hand tools such as pruners, shovels, spreaders, and sprayers effectively.

• Inspect and treat plants for pests or diseases as needed.

• Occasionally assist with outdoor maintenance tasks like raking, washing, and rock application.

• Operate company vehicles and carts to move between locations and transport materials.

• Keep tools, equipment, and workspaces clean and in good condition.

• Use mobile devices to manage work orders and report task completion.

• Report equipment issues or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• High School, GED, or equivalent required.

• 2+ years of prior relevant experience in commercial interior landscape maintenance or resort setting.

• 1+ years of prior relevant experience in interior landscape design and installation.
