THE JOB:
As a Fast-Food Cashier at Borgata Baking Company, you will provide friendly service with a smile while taking orders, handling transactions, and preparing beverages or quick-service food items. You'll create memorable guest experiences by delivering personalized service that reflects Borgata's high standards.

THE STARTING RATE: $20.50

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Take and place order, and serve and garnish food and drinks efficiently and accurately in work area as applicable

• Collect money, while following all proper cash handling and comp procedures

• Maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and the appearance of the front and back of house, clear tables and counters; sweep and maintain the cleanliness of the dining area without interfering with the comfort of guests

• Pack and complete order as per guests' preference with any necessary condiments

• Properly label and date products per safety and sanitation procedures

• Perform opening and closing duties based upon shift assignment

• Unload warehouse orders and stock the orders to designated storage maintaining organization, stock and replenish products as needed in work station, counters, tables, etc.

• Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise, refer the matter to management, notify supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft

• Perform other job-related duties as requested

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Must meet the minimum age requirements of 18 years old

Is available to work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays

Thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly with both guests and team members, and works collaboratively to keep service running smoothly

Able to serve guests efficiently and with a positive attitude
