Mizzou's Online Recruitment and Student Services team seeks a higher education professional who provides exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be an individual with a gift for conversation and listening who will help prospective students explore online degree programs, processes, costs, and career-oriented outcomes. Your work with individuals at the inquiry and application stages will support a larger vision of online student enrollment and persistence. This position is part of a highly collaborative team. While primarily supporting those at the top of the enrollment funnel, this role will be cross-trained to support the entire online student experience. Our streamlined approach allows exceptional support of prospective students from the start of their academic search process to the point of enrollment in an online program. The Student Service Coordinator I will also be required to attend the annual on-site Mizzou Online All Staff Retreat and other on-site events as business needs dictate. Travel for this position is expected to be minimal. Key Responsibilities: Shift
Monday - Friday; 8:00am - 5:00pm CST Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 1 year of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary. Preferred Qualifications
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Anticipated Hiring Range
Salary Range: $19.47 - $20.65 per hour Application Materials
