We're actively seeking an intermediate level Capability Lead Specialist Metric and Reporting to join our Operational Risk & Resilience (OR&R) team in Newport Beach, CA. This role can be on-site or hybrid. As a Capability Lead Specialist Metric and Reporting, you'll play a role in supporting the Governance & Reporting service by defining metric reporting and dashboard business requirements, collaborating with development resources during design and development, testing, implementation, and management of metrics and reporting within the GRC team. This role involves collaborating with various OR&R stakeholders to ensure metric reporting and dashboarding needs are met, data is consistent and accurate, and is presented in a manner to facilitate analysis and decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and good communication and organizational skills. You will fill a new role that sits on a team of team of 35 people in the Operational Risk & Resilience department, which is a subset of Enterprise Risk Management. Your colleagues will include Service Owners, Service Managers, Service Leads, and Capability Leads within 3 teams: GRC, Operations, and Engineering as supported by OR&R Service Leads who function as liaisons to the 1st line of defense. Base Pay Range: The base pay range noted represents the company's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location.
