Position Title: Paint-Line Attendant
Wage: $22.50-$25.50/hour Shift: 2nd Hours: 3pm-11pm Work for a company where employees don't just contribute - they own. Paint-Line Attendant Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Read, learn, and understand work instructions written or verbal to complete the powder coat process - Follow established guidelines and quality standards - Meet team-established production rates at the average line speed of 10 parts per minute - Accomplish all paint support functions including powder coating setup, cleaning, and hook maintenance - Comply with all safety regulations - Maintain a clean and organized work area and maintain all equipment according to established procedures Paint-Line Attendant Requirements: - Prolonged standing - Stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and moving about throughout the shift - Ability to lift up to 35 to 100 pounds with team lifts - Ability to follow work instructions and work in a team environment - Excellent hand-eye coordination - Experience is a plus but willing to train the right candidate QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
