Title of Position: IT Internal Audit Manager - Endwell, NY

Position Type: Full-Time. Typical shifts include Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM.

Compensation Range: $95,000/Yr. - $135,000/Yr. *Hiring rates may be dependent on a number of factors, including years of directly related work experience, education, geographic location or special skills*

Location: Headquarters - 3301 Country Club Rd, Endwell, NY 13760.

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Manage and oversee the daily functions of the Audit Department including first reviewer for audit workpapers, assisting with report presentations to management, and training and coaching of direct reports.
• Assists the CAE with support to the NCUA examiners and outside auditors during annual exams and audits.
• Assist with the development of the annual Risk Based Audit Schedule.
• Provides technical support and guidance to Audit staff assisting with audit scoping and the development of audit test steps.
• Lead and manage IT audit projects from planning to completion.
• Develop detailed audit plans, methodologies, and documentation to evaluate IT systems and controls.
• Monitor and evaluate or assess internal controls over global system access, IT Disaster Recovery, vendor management, external penetration tests, online banking platform, and other IT related systems.
• Performs or assigns internal and external investigations and prepares reports on findings.
• Provides departmental back-up coverage as needed.
• Respond effectively to changing ideas, responsibilities, expectations, trends, strategies, and other processes.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in I.T. related field plus at least 3 years of relevant experience is expected.
• At least 1 year of management experience in I.T.
• Advanced knowledge of network administration, cybersecurity principles, cloud security, firewalls.
• Must have or be willing to pursue professional certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, CIA, CIT.
• Experience conducting audits utilizing the Information Technology Audit Framework (ITAF).
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite programs.
• Proficient with standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, fax machines, PCs, etc.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• 3-5 years of management experience in I.T.
• Knowledge of NIST Cybersecurity Framework, FFIEC Cybersecurity assessment tools.
• Prior compliance, risk management, or internal audit experienced.
