Main Responsibilities:



  • Play a critical role in supporting the sales organization and driving operational efficiency and sales performance metrics.
  • Provide insights and support the strategic goals of the sales team with thoughtful recommendations based on sound analysis.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Generate sales reports, create dashboards, and leverage sales performance tools to provide insights to sales management.
  • Manage multiple complex Excel files. Provide insights and data views to sales leadership.
  • Ensure data integrity of our CRM, Salesforce.com; provide analysis, create reports, and build dashboards to deliver accurate sales reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline and improve sales processes and workflows.
  • Assist in preparing board-level reports and presentations that analyze sales results, sales pipeline, client segments, and services using Salesforce.com.
  • Participate in weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecast calls/meetings to support data input to ensure pipeline and opportunities are accurate and up to date
  • Proactively monitor and strive to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization's opportunity management of deal processing efforts



Required Skills & Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2 - 3 years of sales operations, finance, or marketing operations experience.
  • Proficient in Excel, Gsuite, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working with a CRM, preferably Salesforce, Anaplan, Tableau, and Clari.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to think critically and create analysis based on incomplete information.
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Quick thinker and implementer with a high sense of urgency.
  • High attention to detail and are organized. Being about to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Intellectually curious and driven to learn and grow.


Base Hiring Range: $80,000-$105,000

In accordance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) the approximate compensation range for this role in Colorado is listed above. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors, such as knowledge, skills, and abilities.
