Sr Brand Associate - Dairy, Emerging Brands

OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Sr. Brand Associate for a fun and challenging role supporting our Premium Taste brands including Oui, Haagen Dazs, YoBark, and Mountain High. Why should you want this role? Well let me tell you: Buyers are expanding distribution for Premium Taste dairy, and Oui is at the forefront. Seasonals and flavor variety are all the rage and are at the heart of Oui's strategy. You'll gain P&L ownership experience, brand building skills, and supply chain know-how. Sounds fun? We think so too.

The Dairy category is on fire, especially as macroeconomic forces are shifting consumers into the refrigerated set. With egg prices at all-time highs coupled with consumers' insatiable demand for higher-protein snacks, it's the perfect condition for Dairy and our portfolio of brands to win.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• P&L Ownership (Mountain High, Greek, YoBark) including cross-functional project management, demand review, and strategy.
• Own the Oui Seasonal strategy
• Oui & Haagen Dazs reporting, analytics, and project management
• Oui & Haagen Dazs innovation execution
• Ad-hoc analytics, systems support (Eclips, STEP, etc.), CPW and budget management for Oui, :ratio and Haagen-Dazs

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years of experience post-undergrad
• Skills: collaboration, team orientation, business analyst/strong analytical mindset, project management, ability to work autonomously
• High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 1+ year as Brand Associate or similar role
• CPG experience in an analytical, data-driven role
• Self-starter, with high accountability and bias for action
• Ability to influence outcomes without formal authority
• Prior experience working with sales and branding

Salary Range

The salary range for this position is $79500.00 - $132600.00 / Annually. At General Mills we strive for each employee's pay at any point in their career to reflect their experiences performance and skills for their current role. The salary range for this role represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, educations, skills, work experience, certifications, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
