1. Executive and Personal Support
- Manage schedules and appointments for the Country Manager and leadership team
- Prepare meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Arrange business travel, including flights, hotels, and transportation
- Support expense reporting and internal approval processes
- Communicate with external stakeholders on behalf of the leadership team
- Draft and translate documents (English-Japanese) for internal and external communication
- Organize business meals, meetings, and events for the leadership team
- Manage visitor reception and coordination
2. Marketing Support
- Assist in product and marketing strategy execution
- Manage website and sales support tools
- Support brand marketing, events, and trade shows
- Conduct customer and market needs analysis
3. Business Continuity & Crisis Management
- Develop emergency response plans in coordination with fire departments and government agencies
- Establish and implement Avanos Japan's Business Continuity Plan (BCP)
4. Office Management
- Oversee office operations and maintain proper records
- Handle mail and package management
- Procure and manage office supplies inventory
- Manage office layout and facility-related operations
- Handle contract management and internal approval processes
