Position Summary: A member of the sector marketing team, the Sector Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the marketing planning and management for two assigned sectors. Working closely with the Sector Marketing Director, they develop marketing plans for their assigned sectors and lead various targeted campaigns based on the sectors' business planning goals. The Sector Marketing Manager will collaborate with the content and corporate marketing teams to successfully produce the required content and supporting materials needed for each campaign. They serve as the project manager and primary point of contact for each of their campaigns, providing oversight, deadline management, budget management, and progress updates to leadership.

Responsibilities:



  • Utilizes industry media resources to stay abreast of industry trends and changes.
  • Provides feedback and updates internally, keeping leadership and the organization up-to-date and informed on marketing and communication initiatives.
  • Collaborates with the corporate marketing team to ensure campaigns are aligned to overall brand standards and reputation management goals.
  • Supports project capture team to develop win themes for large, prime pursuits and interviews.
  • Provides coaching to technical staff on presentation skills.
  • Leads the development of annual marketing plans for each of their sectors in collaboration with the Sector Marketing Director.
  • Manages marketing campaigns for two sectors, providing market analysis and guidance.
  • Oversees the deadlines and responsibilities of all promotional marketing campaigns for assigned sectors.
  • Collaborates with content marketing and serves as a resource on content pertaining to assigned sectors.
  • Leads the planning and implementation of various client events including socials, tradeshows, trade/industry sponsorships, lunch-and-learn presentations, and more in collaboration with the client experience and business development teams.
  • Facilitates sector annual business planning efforts under direction of Sector Executives and leadership teams.
  • Coordinates with sector leadership throughout the year on progress toward stated annual goals.
  • Guides adoption and implementation of processes and programs aimed at improving data integrity and governance through utilization of CRM and ClickUp.



Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, communications, business or related field required. Relevant years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in marketing and business development required.
  • Industry experience in architecture, engineering, or construction preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Suite applications, particularly InDesign, preferred.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and multitask efficiently.
  • Effective communicator capable of engaging with individuals at all organizational levels, both internally and externally.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a creative, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Proven ability to build and sustain strong client relationships while pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Must demonstrate proficiency in all core competencies as described and characterized in this job description.

Denver: $68,457 - $102,685
