Nationwide IT Services, NIS, is seeking an Access Management Analyst to provide identity and access management support services 8 hours daily between 0600-1800, Monday through Friday, Primary Period of Service (PPS). To support the Agency Synchronization Operations Center (ASOC) for new accounts/token issuances and account enablement, location validation, and user training.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for NIPR and SIPR alternate tokens, including Trusted Agent support. Support the DLA Enterprise PKI on SIPR and NIPR Privileged accounts and Alternate Token Pin Reset technology. Onboarding and Offboarding support.
- Perform token location validation and PIN reset. Manage blank tokens and token stock inventory.
- Documenting, tracking, and completing token requests by delivering the token to the requester.
- Review and process Account Management and Provisioning System (AMPS)/System Access Requests for all levels of account creations/modifications.
- Protect against unauthorized access and control the execution of policies and actions defined in Information Security Management.
- Create Implementation Documentation to include Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's), checklists, and Knowledge-Based Articles (KBA).
- Provide training to Government personnel as required to update policies, procedures, and functionality of the systems.
- Work on special projects if/as required.
- Drug test required before employment, with mandatory random testing during employment.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Seven (7) years of relevant IT experience
- Performs various Identity and Access Management services to ensure the confidentiality, availability, integrity, and non-repudiation of sensitive and classified information and information systems.
- Serves as an IA Subject-Matter-Expert about Access and Identity Management and all associated IA policies and procedures.
- Fully versed in the general tenets supporting the overall DOD implementation of its identity, credential, and access management service by DOD policy, procedures, and processes.
- Possess an understanding of how DOD Instruction 8520.03, Identity Authentication for Information, is used for access management by validating that entities are granted or denied access to resources such as computer systems or data.
