Patient Liaison - Winona Campus

Join our dedicated team at Winona Urgent Care as a Patient Liaison! We are seeking a compassionate and proactive individual to serve as the vital link between our patients and healthcare providers. In this role, you will ensure that patients receive the highest level of customer service and care.

What's Available:

• .5 FTE = 40 hours every two weeks
• Hours: 8-hour shifts. Monday - Friday (6:45AM-9:00PM), Saturday-Sunday,(8:45AM-5:00PM) This position is a mix of days, evenings. Every third weekend and holiday.
• Departments: Urgent Care (responsible for checking in patients for Urgent Care, Infusion, including lab and x-ray on evenings and weekends
• Location - Winona, MN

What you will do:

• Provide LOVE + MEDICINE to our patients through providing the best first/last impressions with top-level customer service.
• Check in and check out patients for appointments, update demographic information, collect payments, input insurance information and more!
• Partner with a team of providers, medical professionals, and managers who are here to support your success and that of our patients in their health journeys.

What You Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in an office setting requiring customer service responsibilities and computer competency in Microsoft Windows.
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Team player and friendly
