Staffmark is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Bookkeeper to join our construction team in West Monroe, LA. This position plays a key role in supporting daily office operations, managing financial records, and ensuring the efficient flow of information in a fast-paced, construction environment. If you have experience in administrative work and bookkeeping, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! Pay: $15 - $18 per hour Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM As an Administrative Bookkeeper, you will support daily operations by managing office tasks like answering phones, scheduling meetings, and maintaining documents. You'll handle bookkeeping duties, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations. You'll assist with project budgeting, expense tracking, and managing construction schedules and contracts. Additionally, you'll organize office supplies, company events, and support HR functions like onboarding and personnel records. Qualifications:
