The RBDC National Project Manager this person is responsible for developing and executing internal communications strategies and programs that seek to enhance employee experience, promote company culture and support organizational goals. You will support the RBDC Field Organization via multimedia production and distribution and execution of company events, ultimately igniting the culture of the organization. I this role you work closely with various departments to craft messages and develop national engagement opportunities that resonate and promote a collaborative atmosphere across the company. Additionally, this role will lead project teams and contractors to ensure timely delivery of outputs. EXPERIENCE Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role: Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, Marketing or equivalent experience Minimum 3-year experience in project management Minimum 3-year experience in internal communications Experience in media production is considered an asset Outstanding ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint & Excel skills Excellent project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects at one time Excellent written and verbal communication skills Self-starter, takes initiative, works well under pressure in tight deadlines Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and other office applications Ability to interface with multiple departments Fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage Ability to work effectively in self-directed manner.
