Displays an understanding of CEI's Guiding Principles and Vision Statement when performing the following duties: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Reads and ensures all invoices and insurance are accurate with client contracts.
2. Reads computer files or gathers records to compile needed data for invoicing. 3. Ensures compliance with client insurance and billing requirements. 4. Enters information into computer and computes amounts due. 5. Prepares invoices, listing services provided, amounts due, and credit terms if applicable. 6. Prepares credit memorandums to indicate incorrectly billed services. Prepares credit forms for customers. 7. Posts transactions to accounting records such as spreadsheet, data base or computer files. 8. Opens new projects, adds phases and makes changes to existing projects. 9. Maintains standard billing rates. 10. Closes projects and files related paperwork. 11. Provides reports to project management. 12. Completes tasks and assignments in accordance with CEI standard operating procedures and protocols. Follows CEI quality assurance processes and stays up to date with the latest applicable billing procedures, codes and laws. 13. Perform any other related duties as required or assigned. QUALIFICATIONS

satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Knowledge of a specialized field (however acquired), such as basic accounting, computer, etc.
Equivalent of four years in high school, trade extension, or correspondence school specialized training, equal to two years of college, plus 2 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Ability to read and understand simple instructions, short correspondence, notes, letters and memos.
Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively communicate information and respond to questions in person-to-person and small group situations with customers, clients, general public and other employees of the organization. |
