Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly motivated, and analytical Business Analyst II to join our Service team. In this role, you will leverage data to support strategic Service decisions and contribute to the long-term growth of the Service business.

The ideal candidate has experience in data and analytics, is proficient in using Salesforce.com, excels at uncovering actionable insights, and possesses the ability to communicate complex data clearly and visually. The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders across various departments to drive efficiency, innovation, and business growth.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Develop, gather, analyze, and interpret internal and external data to identify trends and insights that drive Service strategies.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements to support the development of Service processes and systems.

  • Support various Salesforce.com projects by collecting feedback from internal and external stakeholders and working with vendors to implement improvements.

  • Work closely with IT and development teams to ensure technical solutions align with business requirements.

  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to Service and Commercial leaders.

  • Facilitate meetings and workshops to discuss and drive process improvements that supports the overall Service Vision.

  • Utilize Salesforce.com and other software tools to manage and analyze sales and service data.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams on customer improvement initiatives.

  • Monitor project progress, risks, and issues, and provide timely updates to stakeholders.

  • Support change management by ensuring a smooth adoption of new processes.

  • Introduce new tools and methods to improve the accuracy and efficiency of Service pricing and offerings.

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):

Minimum

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, or related field.

  • 3-5 years working in Business Analytics.

  • Skilled in using Salesforce.com to analyze and manage business data.

  • Experience working with large bodies of data.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

  • Expertise in Excel and programs such as Tableau or PowerBI.

  • Experience in uncovering actionable insights and presenting complex data succinctly and visually.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Proven success working within cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

Preferred:

  • Medical Device or similar industry experience.

  • Proficiency with project management principles.

  • Working with international teams.

Other:

  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally (up to 10% annually).

Compensation & Total Rewards:

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $90,000.00 - $98,000.00

*Estimated Starting Salary Range is reflective of the range Bracco Medical Technologies reasonably expects to pay for the position. The range provided is based on salary and market data specific to the position.
