POSITION SUMMARY: The Finance Process Manager reports directly to the Senior Finance Manager. This role partners with the CFO, COO, key field leadership, and cross functional teams. They will lead and influence across our organization and drive long-term strategic financial planning and analysis which supports our vision, strategy, and business model, as well as revenue and profit growth. In addition, the Finance Process Manager is responsible for leading forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, and analytics, as well as providing business decision support and insights to optimize our business results. Salary and Other Compensation: The starting salary range for this position is $135,000-$145,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography, skills, education, experience, certifications and other qualifications of the candidate. This position is also eligible for incentive pay in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Paid Time Off: 40 hours of paid sick leave annually (additional sick/front loading/accrual, if any, based on state or regional requirements); vacation accrues up to 80 hours in the first year, up to 120 hours in years 2-4, and up to 160 hours in the fifth year; 6 paid holidays annually, 4 paid volunteer days annually.
