Position Description Your Opportunity: TechSource is hiring a full-time Business Analyst to support NA-10's Business Processes efforts within the Department of Energy's National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA). In this role, you will provide structured support to a Change Management Board (CMB), coordinate with multiple internal/external offices, provide direct customer support, help sustain and modernize systems and processes, and support the NA-182 DPBPS Federal Manager. This is a hybrid work arrangement with at least 2 days a week of onsite work in the DOE Forrestal Building, and 2 - 3 days of remote work each week. What You Will Do: * Organize and prepare materials for Change Management Board (CMB) meetings, including agendas, supporting documentation, and minutes. * Track and follow up on action items with stakeholders across NA-10 offices and related organizations. * Conduct requirements traceability analysis to ensure proposed changes are justified, complete, and properly documented. * Validate proposed changes with relevant stakeholders and ensure alignment across offices. * Analyze business processes and create visual models using tools such as Microsoft Visio. * Evaluate Change Control Requests (CCRs) and make recommendations for disposition. * Maintain and provide recommendations on structured metadata associated with technical and business requirements. What You Will Need: * Bachelor's degree in policy, political science, or business degree (or other relevant field) required. * 1 or more years of relevant DOE/NNSA experience required. * Active DOE Q (or DoD Top Secret) security clearance required. * Demonstrated experience coordinating across multiple stakeholder groups in a structured governance or change control environment. * Familiarity with change management processes, requirements documentation, and traceability analysis. * Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Visio. |
