Job Description

The Winding Technician is responsible for ensuring a proficient flow of product with quality and safety at the forefront every day; wind and store fibrous material.

Responsibilities & Duties
* Inspect, test, document and communicate all findings during the rewind process
* Test condition of winding according to EASA standards
* Dismantle and/or strip damaged or unserviceable equipment
* Prepare all reusable parts for rewind and inspect renewed parts for hidden, structural damage or unusual conditions
* Observe proper insulating techniques and/or requirements during rewinding
* Administer required daily maintenance on assigned lines
* Identify and solve problems in fabrication process without compromising quality of product

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* 0-2 years of manufacturing experience
* Must work well in a team environment
* Ability to multi-task
* Must possess strong communication and organizational skills
* Self-motivated to work independently with high regards to quality of product
