The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Transformation Lead to take charge in driving cross-organization initiatives within our Transformation Management Office. This role calls for a forward-thinking leader with a proven ability to oversee, drive, and implement complex digital programs from strategy through value realization.

This individual will lead all aspects of large-scale internal transformation efforts that align digital technologies with business goals, modernize operations, and improve organizational agility. The ideal candidate brings a people-centered approach, strong program execution capabilities, collaborator management expertise, and a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

Hands-on experience driving complex programs across procurement, global business services, and IT is encouraged to help uplift success potential.

What You'll Do:
  • Develop and articulate a clear digital transformation strategy aligned with organizational objectives while adapting to ever-changing environments.
  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of digital transformation initiatives, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Develop and execute the digital transformation roadmap in alignment with business objectives, focusing on collaboration and value creation, innovation, and measurable outcomes.
  • Establish project governance frameworks, manage achievements, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to provide value and deliver high-impact solutions.
  • Partner with change management experts to encourage adoption of new technologies and workflows.
  • Foster positive relationships across departments including IT, Operations, Finance, HR, and Marketing to ensure seamless integration of digital initiatives, and ongoing adoption across business functions.
  • Manage complex collaborator landscapes to achieve joint business outcomes; Establish success metrics and goals for transformation programs; track and report on progress to executive leadership.
  • Coordinate program budgets, timelines, and resource allocations, ensuring efficient use of assets and personnel throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Leverage analytics and performance metrics to monitor progress, measure outcomes, and inform continuous improvement.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to address potential impacts proactively.
  • Keep informed on new digital trends; Implement new tools for growth and efficiency, like AI productivity tools.
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Proven experience in internal digitization of processes, systems, and operating models across various business functions.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and working in matrixed organizations. Strong leadership, collaborator management, and communication skills essential.
  • Ability to align technology initiatives with business objectives and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical collaborators.
  • Solid understanding of change management principles and user adoption strategies preferred.
  • Experience with procurement, travel & expense, and global business services is preferred.
  • Master's Degree or equivalent experience preferred; Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field required.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $143,200 -- $269,900 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
