Industrial Maintenance Electrician

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Industrial Maintenance Electrician to install, repair, and maintain industrial machinery and mechanical systems. This is a skilled labor position offering a structured progression path with increasing pay based on demonstrated skills.

Pay Rate: $26.16 - $29.54/hr.

Schedule: 10 and 12-hour shifts Monday-Thursday; Fridays as needed

Key Responsibilities:



  • Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on plant equipment
  • Work independently and follow all safety policies and PPE requirements
  • Use hand and power tools to dismantle and rebuild parts
  • Maintain and test boilers, compressors, and critical plant systems
  • Fabricate parts using welding and machine shop equipment
  • Perform mold changes, hydraulic pump/cylinder replacements, bearing swaps, and hose repairs
  • Accurately complete MRO work orders and enter data into SAP
  • Respond to call-outs and participate in ongoing training and improvement programs




Qualifications: Experience diagnosing, troubleshooting, and installing electrical equipment and motors. Associate degree from a two-year college or technical school, journeyman license preferred.
