We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Industrial Maintenance Electrician to install, repair, and maintain industrial machinery and mechanical systems. This is a skilled labor position offering a structured progression path with increasing pay based on demonstrated skills. Pay Rate: $26.16 - $29.54/hr. Schedule: 10 and 12-hour shifts Monday-Thursday; Fridays as needed Key Responsibilities: Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on plant equipment Work independently and follow all safety policies and PPE requirements Use hand and power tools to dismantle and rebuild parts Maintain and test boilers, compressors, and critical plant systems Fabricate parts using welding and machine shop equipment Perform mold changes, hydraulic pump/cylinder replacements, bearing swaps, and hose repairs Accurately complete MRO work orders and enter data into SAP Respond to call-outs and participate in ongoing training and improvement programs Qualifications: Experience diagnosing, troubleshooting, and installing electrical equipment and motors. Associate degree from a two-year college or technical school, journeyman license preferred.
