About the Role:

As a key member of the Corporate Treasury team, you will play a vital role in managing the treasury functions for North America and the Finance & Holding Companies/Tax Entities. This position involves overseeing cash reporting, global funding, and various treasury projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective cash management and support the organization's financial strategy.

What You'll Do:

  • AnalyzeGlobal Corporate Treasury functions.

  • Manage cash reporting, global funding, and other assigned projects.

  • Balance previous day cash and debt activity, summarizing current day activity to determine required cash and debt positions.

  • Prepare daily cash forecast variance and assist in the implementation and execution of banking transactions.

  • Compile weekly global cash positions by site and currency, along with average weekly cash trends.

  • Perform daily reporting on cash and debt activity while documenting and maintaining all necessary bank accounts and services under supervisor direction.

  • Support processes and analysis to manage foreign exchange risk and ensure internal controls are properly maintained within the Treasury Department.

  • Handle short-term debt management, maintaining interest expense schedules and reconciling accrued interest payable.

  • Provide backup and support to other Treasury Analysts and the Treasury Manager.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist with various project implementations.

  • Ensure internal controls are properly maintained within the Treasury Department.

What We're Looking For:

  • A 4-year degree in Finance or Accounting with 2 years of relevant experience, or a 2-year degree in a relevant field with 5+ years of relevant experience.

  • Adaptability to change and ability to analyze and resolve complex issues in a timely manner.

  • Capacity to work constructively under stress and pressure, managing high workloads and deadlines.

  • Proficiency in executing oral andwritteninstructions and seeking clarification when needed.

  • Ability to identify areas of risk/concern within the area of responsibility and interact effectively with all levels of management.

  • Commitment to maintaining social, ethical, and organizational standards in all business activities while ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.

  • Strong report preparation and analysis skills, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and technology.

  • Proficiency in relevant computer applications (spreadsheets, word processors, databases, etc.) at an intermediate level.

  • Ability to work independently withminimal supervision, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills to drive tasks to completion.

Note: This position offers a hybrid work model, requiring employees to work in the office for 2 days and remotely for 3 days each week. Please note that this arrangement is subject to change based on business needs.
