  • Adheres to Integer'sValues and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Visually inspects surfaces (cases and lids), using prescribed procedures and working knowledge of product.
  • Reports scrap and finished goods quantities to Production Lead or Supervisor.
  • Utilizes microscopes for verification of defects to ensure compliance with visual requirements of the finished product.
  • Performs rework operations as required.
  • Aware of the quality criteria unique to each customer's requirements to inspect the parts accordingly.
  • Solves routine problems according to written procedures. Evaluates and selects solution from established options.
  • Provides support for operation floor teams in product acceptability.
  • Assists in the training of new inspectors.
  • Ensures discrepant material has been properly dispositional prior to shipment.
  • Follows packaging instructions and packs products as directed. Monitors material flow and completes KANBAN tags and scrap reports.
  • Performs other functions as required.

Minimum Education:

  • High school graduate or equivalent.

Minimum Experience:

  • 1-3 years experience in inspection.

Specialized Knowledge:

  • Ability to use microscope. Knowledge of computer terminal operation required. Required to undergo 40 hours of training and pass certification exam.

Special Skills:

  • Mechanical ability and good hand-eye coordination required.

Pay Range: $19.12 - $28.50

Our compensation program includes base wages, a cash-based incentive program supporting our pay-for-performance philosophy, overtime pay, shift differentials, and call-in pay, when applicable. We provide a comprehensive benefits package with immediate eligibility including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and adoption benefits. Parental leave is available after one year. Optional employee-paid programs include supplemental life insurance, critical illness, hospital indemnity and accident insurance. Employees are immediately eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan with company matching contributions. We provide 80 hours (10 days) of company designated holidays per year plus an annual allotment of paid time off.
