We're seeking a strategic and experienced Director of Deal Desk to lead our global deal support function within the Revenue Operations team. You will be responsible for developing and scaling the commercial deal infrastructure that underpins our enterprise SaaS growth. This includes driving operational excellence across deal structuring, pricing strategy, approval governance, quote-to-cash execution, and cross-functional alignment with Sales, Legal, and Finance. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the Deal Desk team to support enterprise and strategic deal structuring in collaboration with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product
  • Define and enforce deal governance policies, pricing strategy, discount thresholds, and approval workflows for enterprise, channel, and strategic partnerships
  • Act as a senior liaison to Legal, Finance, and Product teams to ensure alignment on pricing, contractual, and margin objectives
  • Oversee the quote-to-cash process, ensuring operational efficiency and data integrity across Salesforce, CPQ, CLM, and ERP systems
  • Own and evolve pricing frameworks, approval matrices, commercial playbooks, and scalable templates for recurring and non-standard deal structures
  • Partner with Enablement and Sales Ops to deliver training on pricing, policy compliance, and contract strategy
  • Provide executive-level reporting and insights on deal velocity, profitability, risk trends, and pricing performance
  • Drive automation and standardization initiatives to streamline deal review cycles and improve scalability
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support new product pricing, channel strategies, and global expansion


What you need:

  • 6-10+ years of experience in deal desk, commercial operations, or strategic finance roles within enterprise B2B SaaS, including 3+ years managing high-performing teams
  • Proven experience supporting and leading enterprise SaaS deal structures (multi-product, multi-year, usage-based) in a high-growth environment
  • Deep understanding of SaaS pricing models, discounting strategies, commercial terms, and revenue recognition principles (ASC 606)
  • Previous leadership role designing business requirements, selecting, and successfully deploying a CPQ system (e.g., Salesforce CPQ or equivalent)
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and CPQ; familiarity with CLM tools like Ironclad or DocuSign, and ERP systems like NetSuite is a plus
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills for pricing and scenario modeling; experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Clari) for commercial analytics
  • Strong executive presence, with the ability to influence across CRO, CFO, and General Counsel stakeholders
  • Track record of driving process improvement, automation, and governance at scale
  • Ability to prioritize and execute quickly in a high-growth, high-change environment
  • Authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
