Your future role "Take on a new challenge and apply your project installation management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside collaborative and quality-focused teammates. You'll play a pivotal role in delivering seamless Mainline and Urban (M&U) Signaling Installation projects, ensuring compliance with EHS standards and driving operational excellence. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Project Managers, Installation Engineering teams, and EHS Managers), manage subcontractors and third-party interfaces, oversee site activities, and much more." We'll look to you for:
Managing and organizing site activities, including site facilities, resource planning, site access, and tools. ,
Delivering and maintaining Installation plans, procedures, and Work Method Statements (WMS) in compliance with standard processes and product specifications. ,
Managing the Installation Work Package. ,
Overseeing Installation Works for Mainline and Urban (M&U) Signaling equipment and related performance, including monitoring and leading actions on planning, risks, opportunities, best practices, non-conformities, and technical interfaces. ,
Managing Sub-contractors, including quality and delivery monitoring through site visits, coordination meetings, inspections, and assessments. ,
Coordinating interfaces with Third Parties such as facilities providers and Civil Work partners. ,
Leading the Installation Engineering team for the assigned scope. ,
Driving continuous performance improvement within the Installation scope of the Project.

Degree in Engineering or related field (Bachelor's mandatory; Master's in Project Management is a plus). ,
Experience or understanding of railway or APM installation processes, including cost and planning control. ,
Knowledge of EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) standards and practices, as well as KPI and installation metrics reporting. ,
Familiarity with Railway Safety and Site EHS management certifications (desirable). ,
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to act as an interface manager with customers and partners. ,
Decision-making and problem-solving ability, with a quality-focused and rigorous approach. ,
Resilience, with an analytical mindset to address and solve complex field deviations and issues. ,

Availability to work night shifts or weekends if required.
