Your future role "Take on a new challenge and apply your financial expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside collaborative and driven teammates. You'll play a key role in empowering decision-making by providing reliable financial data and supporting strategic initiatives. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Industrial Controllers, HR, Finance Project Managers, and Reporting Managers), participate in financial reviews with operational managers, and support site initiatives such as cost optimization and risk mitigation, and much more." Supporting finance deliverables, including the 3-Year Plan Budget, Forecast One, Last Estimate, and site review preparation. ,
Acting as a business partner to management by providing reliable financial data to assist in decision-making. ,
Participating in site initiatives and action plans, such as risk mitigation and identifying saving opportunities, to achieve financial targets on cost optimization. ,
Serving as the key user for the time booking management system. ,
Contributing to the month-end closing process in coordination with the industrial controller. ,
Ensuring that all financial processes and internal controls, including Delegation of Authority (DoA), are properly set up. ,
Liaising with other finance expert functions, such as Finance Project Manager, Reporting Manager, FP&A, Site Controller, and HR. ,
Supporting additional tasks, including R&D reporting, balance sheet reviews, intercompany invoicing, working capital improvement, and physical inventory support. ,
Utilizing strong analytical and presentation skills to provide insights and recommendations. ,
Collaborating effectively in a team environment to coordinate actions and achieve shared goals."
