About The Role

We’re hiring a US-based Construction Manager to oversee the delivery of our new studio fit-outs across the country. You’ll manage multiple projects from design handover through to launch, ensuring they’re delivered on time, on budget, and to spec. This is a remote-first role, but preference will be given to candidates located in or near Dallas, TX, with the ability to travel as needed.

Key Responsibilities of this role:

• Lead the delivery of multiple studio fit-outs across the US, from pre-construction through to handover.
• Manage and support a team of remote Project Managers.
• Be the key decision-maker on timelines, sequencing, and issue resolution during fit-outs.
• Oversee relationships with national and local contractors, primarily our US-based national builder.
• Review scopes, track progress, and ensure quality standards are met at every stage.
• Collaborate with internal departments (design, property, logistics, etc.) to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Identify process improvements and help scale construction operations in a fast-growing business.

To secure an interview, you should possess the following:

• 2+ years experience in a Construction Manager, Project Manager, or similar role delivering multiple concurrent commercial fit-outs (retail, hospitality, fitness, or wellness preferred).
• Strong knowledge of US construction timelines, permitting, and contractor coordination.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• Comfortable managing remote teams and working autonomously.
• High attention to detail with a bias for action.
• Experience working with national contractors or vendors a plus.
