What We Offer:

$21 - $25 per hour

• Part Time Position
• Shift Hours: 10:30 pm - 4:30 am
• Comprehensive Paid Training Program

Responsibilities:

• Lead Daily Operations: Ensure the smooth operation of the Learning Resource Center on a daily basis.
• Create a Welcoming Environment: Greet each student with enthusiasm and provide personalized support during their visits.
• Report Insights: Communicate individual and emerging issues to management for prompt resolution.
• Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all Learning Resource Center equipment is functioning optimally.
• Track Usage: Maintain accurate records of student attendance and resource utilization.
• Flexibility in Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned to support the center's mission.

Qualifications:

• Education: High School or GED
• Experience: 2-5 years of industry experience preferred
• Effective Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to connect with students and staff effectively
• Patience and Empathy: A patient and empathetic approach to tutoring on various subjects
• Tech Savvy Expert: exceptional computer and online application skills to the forefront as you assist with check-ins and tech support.
