Branch Manager
Piscataway, NJ
Currently, we are seeking a Branch Manager for our Piscataway, NJ branch. The Branch Manager will direct and supervise the staff and day-to-day operations in the assigned branch location, ensuring delivery of quality customer service and achieving sales goals. Main Duties:
- Manage budgets and financial resources while tracking expenditures and ensuring cost effectiveness.
- Responsible for the total profit and loss of the Branch.
- Responsible for making certain that great customer service is executed at every level within every department.
- Will work to continuously recruit, train, and evaluate mechanics & office staff within the branch.
- The individual will work with the Sales Manager to ensure the Sales Reps are driving new business.
- Managing the Work in Process (WIP) and maintaining it at the targeted level.
- Oversee departments including Parts, Service, Rental.
- Ensure the branch is compliant with SOP, including but not limited to customer quotes, dispatch, and various reporting.
- Occasionally visit customer locations to ensure excellent customer service is provided.
- Responsible for ensuring all employees within the branch work to maintain a safe work environment.
- Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Manage risk by maintaining strong internal controls and addressing potential operational or financial issues.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven sales, business development, and customer service expertise.
- Financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and P&L statements.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Quickly identify issues affecting branch performance and make timely decisions to resolve problems.
- Proficiency in using management software and office tools.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a manager required.
- A minimum of 3 years' direct or related industry experience is preferred.
Compensation:
$110K - 135K annual base salary. Plus, additional annual bonus of up to $25K (additional bonus is based on sales growth and other related set goals) ; Company vehicle or monthly car allowance with fuel card, fuel card, company cell phone and laptop are also included.
