Overview

We are seeking a Vice President, Product Manager for our Institutional Cash Management (ICM) team, focused on the Americas region. You will lead the regional product strategy and execution across our Third-Party Payments and Liquidity product offerings. You will play a key role in implementing product enhancements, supporting client solutions, coordinating change initiatives, and ensuring regional alignment with global standards.

What You'll Do

  • Support the management and delivery of correspondent banking and liquidity products across the Americas, including third-party payments and deposit solutions
  • Work closely with global product leads to localize and implement product initiatives in the U.S. and Latin America, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and market practices
  • Coordinate product change delivery in partnership with Technology, Operations, and regional business stakeholders
  • Engage with financial institution clients to support sales efforts and contribute to customized product solutions
  • Monitor competitive developments, market trends, and regulatory changes impacting high-value payments and liquidity offerings in the region
  • Participate in internal product governance processes, including new product approval (NPA) documentation and periodic product reviews

How You'll Lead

  • Contribute to process improvements and automation efforts to enhance client experience and internal efficiency
  • Liaise with key internal stakeholders including Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Treasury to ensure robust product risk management
  • Represent ICM in selected regional industry forums and working groups, acting as a product subject matter expert for the Americas

Skills You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree required; an advanced degree in Business, Finance, or Economics is a plus
  • Proven relevant in product management, liquidity, or payments within a financial institution, with a focus on financial institutions as clients
  • Solid understanding of correspondent banking, cross-border payment flows, and liquidity solutions
  • Familiarity with payment systems and infrastructures such as SWIFT, Fedwire, CHIPS, and local market practices in the Americas

Skills That Will Help You Excel

  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate across functions and regions
  • Proven track record in executing product initiatives and managing complex projects
  • Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent English skills required; Spanish or Portuguese language skills are a plus

Expectations

It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York, NY office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in New York City is $140,000 to $217,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
