As Senior Counsel you will be the go-to legal partner for our Global Business Services (GBS) group, which includes critical functions such as Finance, Global Risk Management, Human Resources, and Workplace Experience. GBS teams work across the entire Capital Group enterprise, enabling all other departments to accomplish their work. In this role, you will apply your proven legal expertise at one of the world's largest and most respected investment management organizations, serving as a trusted advisor on a wide range of legal matters, driving strategy, and helping teams make informed decisions that are aligned to organizational objectives. Day to day, you will leverage your general legal experience and expertise to strategically advise on a wide range of activities and initiatives such as:

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
