In this role, you'll apply our maintenance management practices to carry out assigned tasks efficiently and effectively. Your contributions will directly support the long-term performance of our operations and help create a workplace where safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement are valued by all. Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and corrective maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance and reliability.
- Identify and report equipment defects, and contribute to root cause analysis and defect elimination initiatives.
- Provide accurate and timely feedback on asset performance using the asset management system.
- Support continuous improvement efforts through work management analysis and participation in asset tactic reviews.
- Follow detailed work order and job instructions to ensure safe and effective task execution.
- Conduct post-maintenance activities, including equipment commissioning, functional checks, and clean-up.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance asset performance and support operational goals.
Minimum Qualifications
- Operational Maintenance: Proficient in maintaining operating assets and systems.
- Asset Management: Skilled in identifying defects and providing feedback on asset performance.
- Problem-Solving: Able to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
